Cambridge Area Brass Band Engagements for 2024

We play many concerts throughout the year, in a wide variety of styles, including traditional marches and hymns, show and film tunes, popular music and some classical arrangements.
Upcoming Events:
- Saturday, 14th December, 11.30am-1.30pm, Carols at Oakington Garden Centre * Small band required to play carols and seasonal tunes at the garden centre. Free hot drinks will be available to players.
- Tuesday, 17th December, 7.00pm-7.45pm, Oakington Carols round the Tree* Small group needed to play for residents outside the pub for around 40 minutes.
- Wednesday, 18th December, 6.30pm-7.30pm, Alex Wood Care Home * Carols for the residents.
- Saturday, 21st December, 7.30pm-10.00pm, Cambridge Blue Carols and seasonal music in the Cambridge Blue pub, Gwydir Street. map

- Saturday, 29th November, 7.30pm-9.30pm, Eltisley Christmas Concert Seasonal music in the parish church at Eltisley.
- Friday, 5th December, 8.00pm-10.00pm, Offord Cluny Christmas Concert Seasonal music, interspersed with carols.
- Monday, 8th December, 9.00pm-10.00pm, Freemasons White Table event * Small group (c 8 players) to play carols following the white table meal.

Each year during the summer months, the band plays at garden and church fetes. As we approach Christmas, carol concerts keep us fairly busy. Over the years several thousand pounds have been raised for various local and national charities.
